Recently Iphone released in India. 3G service are expensive, so do are call rates. If hundreds of free minutes by your service provider are not enough for you, if you make lot of international calls, voip is the solution to you. Voip specially for your Iphone.

A large number of Voip providers have launched their voip client (softphone) (voip application) specially for Iphone. Use of Voip in your phone can help you reduce your phone bills to a great extent. I have tried to list some of the voip solutions for your Iphone. Hope the list helps. Today I will be covering Rebtel, Icall and . Messenger using your WiFi connection. While fring lets you make calls with your SkypeIn / SkypeOut account, it is also (awesomely) compatible with SIP.

Phonegnome : PhoneGnome pays for calls between PhoneGnome members so there is no cost to you. iPhoneGnome is a web app for the iPhone. It lets you call any of your PhoneGnome contacts, anyone using a SIP-based service or on FWD, MSN, Yahoo! and GTalk.
Jajah : It is one of the oldest voip service. It is also a web based calling service. The JAJAH web app looks just like your standard iPhone dialing pad. Upon visiting the JAJAH web app in iPhone’s Safari browser, you enter your friend’s number and a local telephone number you have access to, then JAJAH will call you and your friend and connect you.
