Hi,
Each day new voip providers are entering this voip market, offering free minutes or free credits. Wipphone also offers free 30 minutes to any country. Though I have not used the service, but I guess it should also work for India.
To get 30 free minutes, you need to register with Wipphone, download their voip application (softphone). Now you will be able to make free calls worth 30 minutes. Its a free Pc to phone calling service.
Wipphone also offers business voip services. To call a wIPphone user, just dial his/her 10-digit wIPphone number.

WebCallDirect offers free of charge request to any regular land-line in various frequent destinations.
To counter misuse of our network we have halfway these free of charge calls for our test users. If you want to enjoy longer free of charge calls to these destinations, just top up your account by purchasing credit.
Purchasing credit entitles you to 60 Freedays (unless stated otherwise). This denote you can call all countries marked as Free of charge in our tariffs list for a period of 60 days at no costs. When the 60 days are over, the normal tariffs will be charged for these destinations. You can get more Freedays by topping up your account with credit.
New users can try WebCallDirect out for free of charge for a sum of 60 minutes. During this test period you can only call the destinations marked as free. Register your account by purchasing credit in order to extend your free of charge calls.
Registered users get max 200 minutes per week of free of charge calls, measured over the last 7 days and per unique IP address. Unused free minutes cannot be taken to the following week. If limit is exceeded the normal tariffs request. During your Freedays you can call all destinations listed as “Free” for free of charge. When you have run out of Freedays, the normal tariffs request. You can get new Freedays by purchasing credit.
